TASTING NOTES

Classic rose petal perfume, vanilla and rich spice notes. An amazingly textured wine with balanced acidity. Coming from 50 year old vines, this wine spent 18 months in neutral barrels, adding depth, texture and viscosity to this lovely bottling. An example of how good Pinot Gris can be!
