2019 Hamacher Pinot Noir
TASTING NOTES
Flavors of bright ripe red fruit, baked pie, cherries and pomegranate initially that evolve rapidly to cola, orange peel and dried spices, ripe plums and cocoa nibs. Very broad, mouth filling. Meaty and grilled peaches, dried bay leaves, fresh thyme, complex and excitingly layered, lush but still bright. Hold if you can, this is a wine that will evolve well.
92 Points, James Suckling
