2017 Hamacher Pinot Noir
TASTING NOTES
The mouth is broad and viscous. Its flavors are true to the nose with added darker, blue-black fruit, maple, spice and black tea notes. The flavors go on and on. This is an elegant, complex wine that could be loved now, but will put on weight and sweetness with time and will reward those who can resist temptation and lay it down for a few more years, of for that matter, decades!
95 points, VinePair
VINTAGE NOTES
The 2017 vintage was a bit of a rarity. It was both generous in terms of yield, fantastic in terms of quality and actually held to the historical norm of harvesting in October.
